Welcome to Phys-Assist. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our services, website, and educational materials. By purchasing or participating in Phys-Assist, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Scope of Services

Phys-Assist provides educational and coaching services related to radiation therapy. These services are intended to help patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals better understand radiation therapy in plain language.

Phys-Assist does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

2. Eligibility

Services are available to individuals 18 years or older, or to minors with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using our services, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.

3. Payments and Refunds

  • Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
  • Payments are processed securely through our designated payment provider.
  • Partial refunds, reflective of what’s being cancelled, may be available for cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled session. Refunds are not guaranteed for missed or last-minute cancellations.

4. Scheduling and Cancellations

  • Sessions are scheduled through our online platform or by direct arrangement.
  • If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance.
  • Phys-Assist reserves the right to reschedule or cancel sessions due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be offered an alternative time or a refund.

5. Communications by Email and Text

By providing your phone number or email address, you consent to receive communications related to your services, including scheduling reminders, educational resources, and updates. Please see our Privacy Policy for more information on communication via these methods

6. Intellectual Property

All materials provided by Phys-Assist (handouts, visuals, videos, articles, etc.) are the intellectual property of Phys-Assist and are intended for your personal use only. Reproduction, distribution, or resale of materials without permission is prohibited.

Phys-Assist is not responsible for:

  • Medical decisions made by you or your care team.
  • Outcomes of your cancer treatment.
  • Technical issues beyond our control (e.g., internet outages, platform downtime).

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Phys-Assist and its staff disclaim liability for any damages resulting from the use of our services.
